DECK HEADS – CEALING PANELS

In Overall, I would like to say that the situation has recently improved thanks to new technologies and safety regulations, in any case deck-heads are a chapter in themselves. My experience from previous projects is basically two:

Problems with deck-heads that do not hold and should hold
And the deck-heads you need to take off and can’t be taken off because they’re stuck/glued

Below are some examples from the installation of ceiling panels

HORIZONTAL PANEL SUSPENSION – SAFETY ANCHORS

In this video you can see the attachment of deck heads/ceiling panels with a mounting system “FAST-MOUNT“ with application of safety anchors.

HORIZONTAL SUSPENSION – SLIDE IN TECHNIQUE

Another solution to attach the ceiling panel using the “FAST- MOUNT SYSTEM”. As you can see, the side of the panel slides over the frame and then secured using the “fast-mount system”

HORIZONTAL SUSPENSION – FRAMING

Framing is a system that we have developed for attaching overlapping strips – frames in places where the original overlapping strips = frames were glued and varnished over, therefore 0% possibility of dismantling the ceiling panels without the intervention of a carpenter and painter.

ONE MAN OPERATION for complete disassembly and assembly
Spaces above deckheads/ceiling panels anytime accessible
For routine inspection of cables, pipes… . It is not necessary to dismantle lights, speakers, hi-fog nozzles, smoke detectors etc… the deckheads remain hung securely on safety anchors

Cylindrical anti-vibration mounting system

Another fully related chapter is SUSPENSION SYSTEMS, these are installed by the manufacturer to keep the ceiling it self in place, regular inspections are underestimated and the consequences are irreversible. The rubber suspenders on which the entire ceiling is suspended degrade over time and any furniture panels that have been anchored to them will begin to “DANCE”.

Thanks to the fact that our upholstery workshops are located in the Czech Republic – where upholstery is a traditional craft – we can guarantee high quality and precision.
We perform a large range of upholstery work for exteriors where we emphasize UV durability. For interior upholstery we work with genuine Italian leather or with custom woven fabrics such as Antigue fabrics and decoration jaquard fabrics, alongside from classic marine materials. The offer of non-flammable fabrics and vinyls is a matter of course.
Thanks to cooperation with company VYVA-FABRICS, We can offer warehouse prices for all fabrics and vinyls.

PVD COATING Called “ THE SURFACE ENGENEERING “

Thanks to the growing popularity of PVD, we have added PVD to our family of skills in addition to electroplating, polishing and varnishing metal decorative items.
What is it good for?
PVD is metal bonding at the molecular level that allow us to electroplate decorative and functional elements with a brilliant surface finish.
Once is PVD applied, the coating is nearly impossible to remove. PVD is offen used to replace gold plating for his simple maintenance and wide range of shades. For chemical and mechanical resistance of PVD, is used in marine industry. Often you can see the PVD on the watch covers or wheels of the car.

What is PVD coating? – Definition
1. PVD coating – PHISICAL VAPOR DEPOSITION Where a solid material is vaporized in a vacuum chamber (in electomagnetic plazma field) and deposited onto a target material.
2. PVD coating is metal bonding at the molecular level.
3. PVD coating prosesse deposit a layer of high density material thatś only a few microns thick. Once applied is nearly impossible to remove, and won´t wear off on its own.
4. Any material electroplated with Nickel/Chrome or Stainless Steel best support PVD Coatings.
5. The most common chrome plated materials are Brass, Zinc, Steel, Aluminum and ABS plastic.
6. Basicaly can say that PVD is a hard as plated material.
7. Size of chambre for PVD coating is comonly 850 mm in diametre and 1800 mm high
8. Today, it replaces chromium plating, which has been banned in the EU

Bookbinding and working with leather have always been my personal joy, where I can express myself in the art but also in the craft direction, when creating books, I use the techniques of old masters as well as the most modern technologies of today.
It was mainly a binding of books where I discovered a sense of detail that I use to these days.
